  • The doctor is good. The front desk is quite the contrary. This was my 2nd appointment with Dr Hong. When I came in (I'm still here), I was told that my appointment had been "bumped". I got no call any kind of alert to notify me. I told the girl at the front desk that I had to change my work schedule to make this appointment. She didn't seem to care at all. I was told that the doctor isn't in. I asked to see her nurse and I'm still waiting.
