  • Ive been going to this store for years; i could choose to go to several pet stores , but I like this one because every time I am there, every employee is so nice. I've never had a bad experience, they are more than just average polite, they are genuinely nice and cheerful. Lots of familiar faces --meaning not a lot of employee turnover. Also, the grooming staff are always professional and positive. And no, I don't work there, or have stock in the company, ha ha. I just have always had a positive experience every time I go.
