  • I called them becuz my a/c unit was making a loud noise inside the house. They came within an hour to access the problem. It was something minor. I appreciate them being honest. I just needed to change my air filters. From prior experience, most a/c companies would have tried to rip me off, but Elite was honest and I'm truly grateful. I'm very impressed with Elite and will definitely call them should any more problems arise. Thank you, Elite
