After floating on the river with my Wife and Dog on our kayak, we were famished and needed to get something to eat. J Peters was close to where we put in, so we packed up and headed over for a late lunch. We were seated quickly on the patio, and even used the chance to move closer to the water as the wait staff was very friendly. I didn't know this place existed, and enjoyed the view of the river close by. We ended up going low key and ordering some local beers and split a Ahi Tuna sandwich with sweet potato fries. The beer selection was decent and cheap ($4.75 for local craft beer is cheaper than you can buy it at the brewery) and the food that came out was enjoyable and well cooked. I can't comment on how this place would be for dinner, but for lunch the spot, food, and prices are hard to beat.
