Forgot my protein so I stopped in for an Isopure because it is close to my gym. They had no zero carb isopures in the fridge only 3 rows of each flavor mass isopures. I was lucky to find a warm zero carb one on a near by shelf. The sales associate was friendly. When I went to the register to pay his register required a phone number to complete the transaction which I thought was odd. I paid cash and the register wouldn't print a receipt. They have a dumb policy where if you don't get a receipt they pay you $100.. It's just a protein drink I don't need a receipt. I'm going to consume it immediately. So I waited some more.. Now this purchase is going on 5 minutes. He had to call another manager to show him how to fix the receipt paper. Finally got the printer fixed the drawer opens and there's no change in the drawer.. My change was .75 and all he could give me was .50 back. It's really comical that a business like this can be run so poorly. I learned my lesson. I'll make sure to pack my protein next time. One star for being close to my gym and somewhat convenient and one star for having what I wanted.
