  • Horrible Credit Union! If your looking for a home bank don't waste your time here. We have been with InTouch for about six years now. We moved from Vegas to Hawaii back in 2014. We kept Intouch as our Mainland bank as we had two open car notes and credit cards with them. We moved back to Las Vegas in 2015 sold one car and shipped another. I was pregnant when we moved back and the one car we kept was my corvette because it was a hard sell in Hawaii. So when we moved back we needed two cars. Get rid of the Vette and another for the one we sold. We never missed a payment and by this time had 4 payed off auto loans.. Credit cards in good standing and good credit scores. Intouch would not finance us for another car. Reason being we moved back to Vegas and just started a new job. To top it off my husband works in the auto industry and had sent them tons of business. We got financed by other banks no problem. Ended up buying a Range Rover and a Lexus ls460l. Was furious that they did not want our business. Still am.... We have since only been using them for our credit cards to stay open and on occasion deposit cash to keep account open! Now when we deposit cash for whatever reason our account goes negative every time and we have to call for them to fix it so we can access our funds. Bottom line don't waste your time with them.. We had a lot of money going through this bank.. Did everything right and got treated like we had no history with them when we needed it. Friendly service up front.. Yeah but that's about it... Go to Amerifirst much better credit union!!
