  • Upon receiving a message from Main Event I did reach out to their district manager, Steve Jackson, as requested and have not yet heard anything. Additional Update: I did receive an e-mail from Steve, the manager, who was very apologetic and seems to want to rectify this situation for guests. I was offered a gift card (as another Yelper mentioned being offered) so, when I get it I will likely go back and update this again with my second experience.
