They were sent by the warranty company. This guy was a total "richard" to my mom. Apparently, they don't know the difference between a "stackable" and a "unitized" washer. Being mine is stackable, they absolutely refused to work on the washer because the dryer was on top. Last time I looked, nothing is accessible from the top on these. Either way, I cannot stress enough that you should stay away from these folks.
Also, the guy blocked half my driveway and it looked like hey had pool chemicals in his truck. Maybe that's for appliance service, or maybe he's a pool cleaner as well.
I refused the call out fee because they did no work and were told ahead of time that the washer was on top of the dryer. Maybe some people just roll over to these kinds of tactics, unfortunately I don't.
