  • We had an'04 Mini that we serviced at Mini of Tempe. We had always been very well taken care of by the service department & based on that experience alone, we decided to purchase a new Mini from them. The overall buying process was incredibly easy. First of all, Chris the sales consultant, was very pleasant and easy going. He left us alone to discuss on our own and came to check on us only once. It was fantastic, we had the opportunity to discuss without him constantly buzzing around. There as absolutely no pressure to buy. Second, Tom the finance manager, was super cool and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. There was no haggling, up selling, or unwarranted surprises. They both were very transparent throughout the entire process, which only took 2 hours from when we first arrived to walking out the door with the keys. They make a great product, they ensure the buying process is easy and painless, and will take care of you & your Mini for years to come. If you are in the market for Mini, Mini of Tempe is the place to go!
