  • My Macbook Pro screen was really badly spiderweb cracked. Brooks ordered the new screen, and then agreed to meet me by my house to pick up the computer. He fixed the screen in 24 hours, and then brought it back to me. The screen replacement warped some of my computer keys, and he ordered new keys to switch in due to the damage for no additional cost, and came to me to pop them into the keyboard! Great service, and just a pleasant hassle-free experience overall. highly recommended!
