The customers always.... wrong? My order was made wrong and the response was "that's not what the screen says." I hand over my receipt and the response was "I can't read this, the ink is faded."
Bottom line, Listen when I order and key it into the computer correctly. Otherwise fix it or give me a refund. I don't appreciate being made to feel like I'm the one who did something wrong. Although maybe I did, I went to McDonald's....
