I have lived at Solevita for 12 years. I have stayed because I like it, and the rent is lower than other places in the area. The units are very spacious, with some features you don't get in the newer places, like Walk- in pantry, and large linen closet. The rooms are large with the exception of the 2nd bedroom. My neighbors are great in my building and are long term as they are owners. There are approximately 100 owners and 200 renters here. The office service is iffy and sometimes closed at regular posted office hours. They sealed up the drop box to pay the rent which is inconvenient, however. The maintenance is also iffy at times as they only have 2 men and one non working supervisor. They need more maintenance workers. Sometimes they come out right away and other times 3 days. I 'd recommend it, but I think it depends on who your neighbors are.
