  • What I thought: These guys are fast, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and seem legitimately happy to service people and cars. I won't ever go anywhere else for an oil change. What I now know: Have to update the review since I found out just last week that these guys never changed my oil filter. All of the sudden my car starting dripping oil in the garage, I took it in to Baldwin Brothers and they noted the oil was coming through the filter. Apparently oil filters have a valve on them that release the oil when the filter becomes too clogged to circulate oil through the engine. My filter was clogged up, The Honda oil filter; the kind that are only used by Honda dealers. The kind that was used before I brought my car to this place and never replaced. I feel violated.
