  • I get that emergency care is expensive. So it's nice to have a step by step plan with an explanation at each step. I have been here 3 or 4 times over the last 7 years and they have been excellent. I highly prefer them to the VCA as I feel like the staff here is just a lot warmer and more practical and takes things one step at a time, rather than immediately giving you a list of every single thing that might go wrong and what that might cost.
