The only reason I am not giving TruFusion four stars is that sometimes I feel like their classes are too full. It's hard to focus on a hot Pilates class when the whole time you're worried about the person next to you hitting or kicking you in accident. And I would rather not be in close contact with a sweaty, smelly person in a heated class! That being said, overall I really like this facility for many reasons:
1. Number of class offerings. They offer SO many classes every day of the week, at different times including early in the morning which works best for my schedule. Many other yoga / Pilates places in the area are limited in their schedule and very few offer early morning classes. So that is probably what I like most about TruFusion
2. The instructors. I have really liked every instructor I've had there. Jacqueline in particular really sticks out. She is so nice and encourages you while being challenging at the same time. And she always seems to be peppy and in a good mood which is especially amazing considering that she teaches most of the early morning classes!
3. Cleanliness. The facility always seems to be really clean. Immediately after a hot class they have someone come in and clean the room. This is especially important for a facility with heated classes
4. Price. I think compared to many other facilities in the area, TruFusion is very fairly priced. With the unlimited package you get a lot of value for going to as many classes as you want per month
Overall I would highly recommend TruFusion for anyone wanting to get into shape. No matter what your fitness level is they have classes for you and instructors who are willing to help you.
