  • For purposes of clarity since I was contacted by the company I want to make sure that my complaint with Efficiency is that simply did not note in any of their semi-annual check ups that there was paint on the compressor coils. I feel this should have been noted by them as part of their inspection. Perhaps there would not have been any remedy but that does not relieve their service people of noting "potential" issues. Great companies do not get defensive they take inputs and use them appropriately.
