  • Our family lived here from 2010-2011. I don't know what' it's like now, or if it's even still there. Marianne was an awesome manager. Never had any problems with neighbors, except the people under us who didn't like us walking around in our own apartment. I even left my keys in my car door when we went out of town for a week and they were still there when we got back. Yes there are crackheads because this is pretty much the most affordable place in the city, yes the air quit once for a couple of days but it wasn't that bad weather-wise yet - and this happens at all "utilities included" places; but it was quiet, nobody ever bothered us, the laundry room was always open and worked, whenever we did have something that didn't work (something was wrong with our stove at some point) Marianne had someone fix it ASAP. I know the owners suck and once Marianne wasn't around for a month or so because they have a lot of properties. I never had any bug problems, but I was on the second floor in the 1-bedroom section. I loved it here and to date its the best complex I've lived at regardless of the shady neighbors.
