Love the service that I have received so far. Since I have a need for the fastest internet service out there, I naturally chose Cox over it's competitors. I have always heard negative comments about Cox. So it was with trepidation that I placed a service order to have internet installed.
The installer was professional and called prior to arriving, which is a huge plus. Had me up and running in under an hour.
I noticed on the service order after he left that it listed the incorrect package (slower one). All the negativity that I had heard about Cox flooded back. With dread I did a physical test of the speed and sure enough, it was the slower package. I emailed the company and really didn't expect much.
I received a reply quickly and of course it was the usual tier 1 service spiel. Not a bad thing, just expected. Upon sending them screen captures of the tests I ran, I was called within an hour by a level 3 tech (highest) who not only corrected the issue, he found a way to save me and additional $25/month!
