  • I came in with two laptops: one that wouldn't update its operating system and on which I'd messed up the screen with some oily eyeglass cleaner; the other I couldn't start at all bc the keyboard didn't work, plus - just a small thing - none of my passwords were current. That last point was causing, umm, major problems on both laptops. Nyasha (pronounced NAW-sha) fixed all of the above. While deftly serving other customers. And he allowed me to stay, use his power cords on my laptops while downloading the needed software updates in his shop. This was invaluable. Had I not been in his shop I would not have been able to work through the roadblocks that came up during the downloads. He wasn't even going to charge me for his time! So I'm buying an external keyboard, a keyboard cover, and 2 gigs of RAM to thank him for restoring both of my laptops - and their screens- to high-functioning beauties.
