My rating of 3 stars is due to the awful experience we had at the Lounge. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for our 4th anniversary we were in Tower 3. We were very pleased with the room. It had a small kitchenette they also provided a blender, toaster and upon request will bring dishes, glass wear and cookware at no additional charge. We did have 2 issues 1 at the Lounge in Tower 2 (see separate review below). The other issue was on our last morning of our stay when we planned on sleeping n we got a wake up call we did not request at 6:15, 6:20 and again at 6:30. Even though I was very upset at the time we did enjoy the room and will probably stay here again. All of the valet staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. My husband was very disappointed that upon checkout the desk clerk did not ask how our stay was.
The Lounge in Tower 2
I wanted to post a separate review but could not find a section for them. I give them a 0, yes ZERO stars.
We had the most HORRIBLE experience here. I could not believe the rudeness and how we were treated by the waitress and bartender on the evening of July 19th. My husband and I had been out walking on the strip and upon arriving back to the hotel decided a stop by the Lounge in tower 2 to grab a snack to take back to the room, not knowing if they did to go orders when the waitress came over my husband asked can we get food to go and she said yes, she asked if we wanted a drink and we said no we will just be getting an appetizer to go. We asked for a minute to look at the menu. The waitress went back to the bar spoke to the bartender he told her "they can get room service" then the waitress came back to us and very rudely said "you know you can order room service?" My husband said yes but we will just order here and he ordered the loaded nachos to go. The waitress went back to the bartender, he said something to her and we heard her shout at him they know about room service and they don't care, the bartender look very upset like we were bothering him and made a big sigh and they continued to argue in front other customers about our order. I have to say we were very shocked that this was happening. My husband went to the bar and said just forget it we are leaving, and we did. Being a former server myself and still being in customer service this was completely unacceptable, how can you treat a paying guest this way and act this way in front of your others customers?
