This studio will never get my business again. I was clearly dissatisfied with how our family pictures turned out while in the studio. The pictures were very dark and shadowy. The photographer said that there was nothing that she could do to lighten or retouch them. When I got them home it was even worse. The lighting in the studio made the pictures bearable, but once I got them home I didn't want to display them. I called back the same day and spoke with "Jennifer". She told me that they had some issues in the past with their equipment and if I bring them back she would try to lighten them up. (Keep in mind I had been told earlier that day by our photographer that they couldn't be lightened). We brought the pictures back the next day and requested a refund. The refund process is so difficult. First, they tried to refund it back to my credit card but then after several failed attempts realized that refunds have to come from the "Corporate Office". (Why didn't the employees already know that?!) After contacting the Corporate Office the very next business day, I was told that I needed a "credit voucher" from the location to mail in for a refund check. (WT#!!!) I am really upset. Not only did I pay $107.23 for family pictures, when I initially came into the studio expecting to pay $19.95 for their "special" but the pictures turned out horrible, and I have to wait weeks to get my money back.
