  • Edwin Gfeller is unprofessional. He attempted to diagnose the problem with my A/C. When he was finished, his diagnosis had so many spelling errors that my home warranty company wouldn't pay for the repairs because they couldn't understand what was needed. After getting a second and third opinion from other repair companies, I realized that Edwin Gfeller did a half-ass attempt at solving the problem. He didn't even go into the attic to look at the entire system for leaks like the other two companies did.
