Worst customer service EVER. My son had an appointment today at 2:15 we arrived at 2:10 a little early granted - and we were greeted by the nicest receptionist- we were asked to sit and Frank would be with us soon- ok, no worries like I said we were early - and then we waited... and waited ... and waited ... sales people walked past and did the co- worker powwow thing NO ONE said hi or acknowledged us AT ALL - and then at 2:30 someone - NOT Frank - he was at his desk staring at us like we were aliens - came over looked at us and said "Oh you are here to look at the Cadillac? It was sold yesterday" and then had the audacity to ask if we wanted to look at something else - AFTER WAITING 20 MIN for NO REASON - I took time off of work - my son got his hopes up the least they could have dine is call him YESTERDAY when they sold the car to let us know especially since he made the appointment specifically for that car...
