I was recently told by a fourth party that Ford is demanding I remove my negative review, or they will be forced to take action, whatever that means.
This review is a factual summation of the horrible buying experience I had and I will not be bullied into deleting it. It happened and in my opinion my experience was awful. In my opinion, as I stated in the first review, buyer beware, which applies to almost any purchase completed in Las Vegas.
The following is the conclusion of my experience: So come to find out the service manager who promised me the car no later than Monday failed to tell me he was vacationing at Disney that week and would not be ensuring my car was picked up from Honda as he initially stated, hence the confusion and unreturned phone calls I experienced on Monday. Once I called someone else at Ford and let them know Honda had finished the car on Friday and was still waiting for it to be picked up they had someone go and get it. We picked the car up Monday afternoon. My son loves the car and Honda did a nice job ensuring it is safe for him to drive. Ordeal gladly over.
