This review is for the north valet. When I got to the valley today I asked where it was the secret garden at. The tall thin Caucasian man working at valet proceeded to tell me rudely the secret garden is closed already and I told him well I called and she said that the admissions are open at six still until 7 PM. The valet proceeded to tell me while somebody came the other day and it was 6 PM and it was already closed but with a very rude tone. I told him want to OK I will still try. He did not give me directions either like I asked in the first place. Also the way he was talking to me and made me feel like he didn't even want me to come in the casino at all. So my two-year-old daughter and I went inside and got directions from another employee. Since I had to stop and ask somebody where it was that it took me more time to get back there by the time we got there it was 603 in the last in admissions were at 6 PM sharp. It was a little upsetting but it's OK we went to go eat some frozen yogurt. So we went back to the valet and of course it's the same rude guy and then I was telling the bus help who is right next to him about my experience and he just had his back turned to me and did not once even attempt talk to me. At the at least he could've said I'm sorry that happened to miss or oh well at another time you can come back or something. He said nothing at all and I did not get his name either since his back was turned to me. And when I gave my receipt to get to the girl in the valet window her hair was so long she had covered up her name tag by the way she didn't even say hi to me once. She was actually on the phone the entire time which she seems to be like a personal call. I was just so upset with the whole entire situation. I don't understand this type of customer service. I guess this is why they are in the Mirage is not like the Cosmo or any of the other high-end hotels I guess you get what you pay for. It is unfortunate the valet had to be so rude to me I would've gave him a good tip I mean I drive a brand new mercedes come on bro. I don't think I will be back to Moron-rage (Mirage lol) for a long time after this treatment. And may just be the valet but it represents the company as a whole especially since they're the first people to greet you on the property, and the last people to see you as well #badforbusiness #iwouldntstayhereifiwasatourist
