  • I was helping a friend out who was traveling for 3 weeks and trying to find electricians for his home which had a 4 plugs go out. I had 1 company come and look at it but unable to fix it (Long story) so i needed to find another company right away. From the moment I called to the follow up telephone call, they were nothing short of professional and communicative about the process. The serviceman who came out was so sweet and knowledgeable about what he was doing, he made it seem easy. After he came down from the attic all covered in insulation, he took of the mask and stated, "I found the problem and you are lucky the house hasnt burnt down as the junction box was arc-ing." He immediately fixed the problem and corrected it so that is never a concern moving forward. You gave me peace of mind. Jessica was so helpful in making arrangements and for getting information. I am glad I used Minuteman and I will use them again and again.....
