  • Sadly our experience with this business has been abysmal. The sales rep was great and since then it has been downhill. Our door was installed with a whole section at the bottom missing. He said he would bring it by the end of the week. We also noticed one of the bars was bent, there was a gap by the lock part and the sun screen was really loose. About a week later, I called the company and spoke to Nadine Pappas. She had no record of there being an issue and us waiting for the reminder of our door to be installed. She asked me to send photos, which I did immediately. She said she would look into it and someone would contact us to schedule a time to come out and resolve these issues. It has now been EIGHT days and no one has bothered to call. I guess since the job was prepaid, they don't care anymore. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
