  • I have 5 units in Las Vegas all managed by Jenni and her team. Since 2009.. Things I have learned! !. Demand 2 to 3 estimates on all repairs! This will impact your margin profit BIG TIME. 2. Get Jenni's email and use it when you have a problem. 3..Take the time to review every item on owners statement, a lot to be learned! Some employees are better than others, some owners are better than others. Who cares manage your own business!
