My wife and I waited 2+ months to get her in to see a Doctor here. We received countless voicemails a week beforehand requesting we confirm the appointment. For days we left messages w/out response (we never got a real voice on the phone) and yet continued to receive voicemails telling us we needed to confirm her appointment. We eventually had to call our primary Doctor and have them get in contact to verify the appointment.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment we received a new message stating a fee of nearly $550 due at the appointment. This is something we can not afford (neither can most people) and yet they waited until 3pm the day before the appoint to mention this fee.
We had to CANCEL. 2+ Months of waiting patiently and they couldn't be bothered to share their fee until less than 24 hours in advance? Ridiculous. We won't even have a chance to rate their service now other than 1 star for pathetically handled customer service.
This is a service that deals w/helping humans and their sanity yet they can't be bothered to answer a phone or treat you w/such common courtesy as providing more than 15 hours before the appointment to provide payment expectations.
