  • We adopted an incredible baby girl via this agency and we are grateful for that. With that being said this agency was less than ideal to work with. The director is unprofessional and dishonest. When we went to finalize the attorney we worked with shared that this agency is one of the worst she's seen. We ended up spending way more than we were told we would and several of those "expenses" were undocumented. Our amazing birth mother also had a very poor experience. I could go on & on but will spare you. Please avoid using this agency!
