  • Usually I have few issues with Lucky but after today's experience, I would be hesitant to recommend them again. I work front desk and upon calling a cab for a guest, I was told they were busy but the wait would be about 25-30 minutes but to call if they had not shown up within 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later I called and was told they never sent the cab because they were busy. Seriously??? They were going to give me numbers for another cab company but I already them and wasn't about to deal with their dispatch any longer.
