Got there at 2:45 on a Sunday. Lobby area is very small, and way too many kids standing in line with their parents. One person working the register and two other staff members standing around doing nothing. Line was moving SLOWLY and went over to the iPad to see if I could pay. One locked up, the other 2 didn't appear to be working or simply not user friendly. Only 3 customers in front of me, so shouldn't take too long. Got in line and waited. Finally at 2:58 the girl working the register just stares at me. "Two kids please" I say. She asks if I "signed the waiver" I reply no, and she tells me I have to do that first and then come back. By now the line is out the door, Way out the door. I tell her "I'm not waiting in this line again" and would take 20 minutes to get back to the register. The boy working there just giggles but offers nothing so we packed up and went to a different trampoline park. DO AS MUCH ONLINE BEFORE YOU GO! GET THERE EARLY, LIKE 30 minutes before you want to jump.
