I have not sign up for a gym membership yet. I visited a couple of times and one of the staff seemed irritated to see us! She said, the person who can help us is on lunch, gave us a phone number, we called, no one return my call in 4 days, we visited the site and send an inquiry email, got an automated response that someone will call, another 3 days went by with no calls!! The worse customer service ever!! This is the closest gym to where we live and it is annoying that I cannot get ahold of someone to help me get a membership!!! Can I talk to the owner to hire someone who love their job????
