  • They came out and gave me a timely estimate. We signed the contract and paid the 1/2 down deposit. I was told it would be around 2 1/2 weeks for the blinds, and 8 weeks for the shutters. Both took longer than what I was told. Installers are really good and know exactly what they are doing. Shutters on sliding glass door were too small. It was a Friday afternoon, so the installer said he would be back on Monday. I sat and waited all afternoon and no one showed. I called and no one knew anything about the whole situation. I was called back and told, the truck had broken down. I wasn't going to be home next day, and they said they couldn't come out on that day any way, because the truck had to be fixed. I guess they only have one truck to make deliveries. The next day I received a message they would come on Thurs. I called back and confirmed for between 1-3. The secretary blamed the confusion on the installers. I don't know who caused the confusion. The shutters and blinds are fine, I didn't receive any touch up paint as told by the sales rep. I feel like their quality was over sold so pay attention and ask for samples. I would rate my experience as so so. I don't think I would use them again.
