  • Terrible service. West World was the only place in Calgary to get the item I wanted, but I still had some questions. The staff member that served me had no patience for my questions. He didn't want to demonstrate cases and when I didn't like his first suggestion, he'd get frustrated and walk away. He was rude when he made it very clear as to why I shouldn't buy specific products... made me think that he was working on commission. His recommendations had little to do with my needs. I would never shop here again. I'd rather deal with crowds at the Apple store, or the large but impersonal big box stores.
