  • We've been stationed at Nellis for 3 years now and Viva Zapatas is our go to for Mexican. You can not beat their table side guacamole and margaritas. Our favorite time to go is during lunch as they offer fantastic and satisfying lunches. The restaurant is clean, the waitstaff is very prompt, and everything runs very smoothly. The manager is always walking around checking on tables, and I always see the hostess wiping menus down when I'm walking in and out. The way I can really tell they're clean is by how spotless their bathroom is! The only thing I could complain about is their waiting area is almost nonexistent and their parking lot is awful.. And once in awhile the chips we've gotten are stale, but when made known to the waiter he replaced them with fresh ones!
