  • From the beginning I should have known that I was going to have issues when they mis-quoted me. Granted, they did honor the lower price. However, the real issue is when they had me take one of their newer models for my week long trip. I ran into way more issues than you'd ever imagine for a trailer that I was the second person to ever rent. Propane hoses and window above the master bed leaked, there was only one battery so going longer than two days on a charge was out of the question, carbon monoxide alarm woke us up at 5:30am for no reason (trust me, battery wasn't low enough), bathroom smelled HORRIBLE (like methane gas..all the time). When they first hitched me, they also didn't account for the fact that the truck and trailer were going be loaded. So once they were, the back of my truck was sagging too low and the break away cable got shredded. The worst part came when I returned the trailer though. I was treated like I had no idea what I was doing, every thing I complained about that went wrong was down played during check out - said can't be the trailer's fault, it's brand new. Very Condescending. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever rent there again.
