  • While on vacation in Scottsdale a toothache developed getting worse by the day. Hoping it would go away, I didn't seek consultation until Friday - forgetting that most dentists are closed on Friday. Dr. Schwartz' staff, however, answered the telephone and after hearing my plight, spoke with Dr Schwartz who agreed to see me even though he wasn't officially open - just open for pre-scheduled surgery patients. That friendly helpfulness was just the beginning of amazing service. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered refreshments ... coffee, water... Wow! A first at a dental office!! After providing my patient history to the staff, Dr. Schwartz personally came into the waiting room to greet us and let us know it would be a few minutes before I would be escorted to his office. Dr. Schwartz was very thorough in his assessment. He spent time talking with both of us about his findings after x-rays and examination. He also outlined in detail the various issues I might be facing as I worked on getting the pain resolved. And he provided a number of options to get me through the next few days until I returned home for more extensive care. He forwarded x-rays to my dentist along with comments about my condition. He and his staff did all of this with an unbelievably generous financial package. (Many dental practices would have charged me a considerable sum for the services provided - especially given the circumstances.) I would highly recommend Dr. Schwartz and his staff! If I lived in Scottsdale or anywhere within a days driving distance, Dr. Schwartz would be my dentist! Thank you to all at the Pima Dental Center for your excellent care.
