Well since I can't get a call back from the manager and Yelp seems to get a call back quick. I would like to complain about getting a callback.
We purchased a table and chairs from walker and we purchased the extended warranty. We had an issue where one of the legs broke on our chair and a tech came out and had ordered the part and said it would take 4-6 weeks. (Which is crazy i think) but okay...
Well 4 and 6 weeks have past and no call and when we call they say they will look into it and call back.
Why sell me an extended warranty if you aren't going to stand by it?
