  • I've been going to 180 for the last few years and keep coming back for the excellent service! I had a negative experience with a Honda dealership service department who tried to swindle me into a service I clearly didn't need...having had the same service performed the previous month, saw the actual clean filter to prove it. The entire crew at 180 is friendly and provides excellent customer service and the car care package the offer is great! Also, if you decide to wait for your car, their waiting area is comfortable, complete with snacks, Keurig, free WIFI and a small gallery that showcases local artists. I routinely recommend 180 to friends who are shopping around for a different auto shop. It's definitely one of the best locally owned businesses along the Melrose Curve! Update: I continue to remain loyal to 180. However, am disheartened by recent reviews I've heard from neighbor's about lackluster customer service and skyrocketing prices. I hope that when I return for my next service I won't be disappointed.
