  • I recently had exposure to bed bugs through my work and was concerned I had transported them home; I needed a thorough and trustworthy inspection to ensure peace of mind. I called Burns on a coworker's recommendation and could not be more pleased with their service. The initial phone consult/salesperson, Kyle, was extremely helpful and spent time answering multiple questions, and our technician, Radni, was top-notch. He did a canine inspection with Rusty the dog. It was a fantastic experience and worth every penny! Radni's knowledge base was obvious and his customer service skills were excellent - a great combination of technical and people skills. I would recommend their service without reservation and am truly grateful for the peace of mind this gave me. We did not need any treatment as no evidence for bed bugs was found. Thank you Burns and thank you Radni for such wonderful service!!!
