Bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty here in 2014. They happily took my money, but don't expect them to do anything else for you. I have had to drop it for service on a few occasions. Why do you expect that a customer can just drop their car off for the day? I asked for a courtesy car so I can still get to work - it's something that needs to go through an approval process. Not every person has a husband or wife or spare cars laying around. Don't make your customers feel like you're doing them some sort of favor. Your customers CHOSE to buy a car from you and are CHOOSING to service their car for whatever inflated prices you chose to rattle off. When I expressed my dislike the person on the phone didn't really seem to care at all. Must be nice to have sucky customer service with no consequence. Also, stop sending those stupid text messages about having inventory and upgrading vehicles for existing customers if you don't respond to them.
