  • This location treated me extremely well. They made this experience one of the best I have had in a long time with a rental car company. My car was in the shop for 2 months from a collision. They gave me one car and then I needed to exchange that one for another one after about a month. They worked with me and accommodated me in every way. They didn't stress me out with all kinds of pointless stuff. I returned both vehicles with no extra fees added to the rental and Denae(Hopefully I spelled it right) and Steve were amazing during the time I had the rental. Their customer service is "ON FLEEK" Thanks so much Enterprise on Rancho!!!
