I came here with a friend while on vacation. I'd never eaten hot pot before. The staff explained how to order and gave recommendations. I picked the tomato broth and my friend had the spicy broth. We ordered thinly sliced lamb, five spice beef, chicken, tofu and vegetables for our first course. You can mix your own dipping sauce from a variety of ingredients. We ordered Ramen and udon for our second course. We were offered dessert but were too full. Based on this experience, I would definitely go back and will try hot pot again.
I only took a pic after we had already eaten. There wasn't much left.
