  • I purchased my car last August. Brand new, and in a rather bright crimson red color. Don't really like the car too much, as I got it mainly for practicality. It's a 2015 Nissan Leaf EV. Being that the wife has a Lexus sedan, we thought that getting a commuter car to save on gas made financial sense, and I liked the idea of modern bells and whistles, which this car has. Be that as it may, it's not a "luxury" car and because I don't really like it all that much and that I pretty much only drive it to and from work and around town, I never got it a proper wash until today. I garage it at night but since starting at my new job location last year, I have found that the number of trees in the parking lot has led to a bit too many bird droppings for my liking and allowing the kids to eat in my car finally lent itself to me truly needing a proper wash. I was just going to go to my local Fabulous Freddy's, but when I opened up the Yelp app, I discovered this Alamo Hand Car Wash had a Yelp deal and had stellar reviews so I decided to check it out. I was not only lacking disappointment, I was supremely impressed on all levels imaginable. From the initial greeting by a knowledgable and extremely personable gentleman that explained the services they offered to Danielle who was the wash tech that took lead in getting my vehicle through the extremely thorough washing procedures. I opted for the simple basic wash for $19.99. It included exterior and interior. Plus I redeemed a 20% off Yelp deal which made the total about $15.xx. Plus tip, I was out for $21 total. Not bad at all, and considering how extremely meticulous and thorough the hard washing process was, it was an extraordinary value. My car is cleaner now than when I drove it off the dealership lot! Thank you to Danielle and everyone at Alamo Hand Car wash for a truly superb experience.
