  • Had a reservation for me and 2 of my girlfriends at 7:30. Got checked in and waited about 10 minutes, and they called us over. We then proceeded to sit with our feet in the water for 25 minutes. I asked if they knew how long it was going to be and they said 1 person would be over in 5 minutes. I asked if they would have 3 people to do all of our services. After asking the same question 3 more times and getting looks and the entire salon talking about us, they were able to muster up a person for each of us. The techs finally started on us more than 40 minutes after our scheduled reservation...I don't mind waiting, just let me know what is going on. My friend asked for a specific service, and if I hadn't had stopped them, they would have done the service that was $10 more...and then proceeded to sit there going and back and forth about which service she asked for. I had asked for a top code of gold glitter, as did my friends (which is free). On my big toes I had it "ombré", which was an extra dab of glitter polish at the bottom instead of covering the whole nail. As she was finishing the second toe, she informed me that it was a $3 up charge. Upon checking out, I went to use a gift certificate my girlfriends had bought me, only to find out it expires after a year (my bad, it did clearly says it in the card, but what company ACTUALLY has gift cards that expire anymore). I got it for my birthday and literally haven't had a pedicure in a year, and never even thought to even look at it. Rather than debate it, I went ahead and just paid for my services. We asked to speak with a manager, and they said heat or may not be there in a week because he lives in California. Alrighty then...officially my last time there. I should have stopped going after one of the ladies sat there during my service and felt it was okay to tell me half way through my pregnancy how much she hates her second child and wished that she hadn't had him in the first place...that wasn't an awkward service or anything. On to the next Nail Salon
