  • The service people have awesome personalities and are kind and professional. My problem with this place though is that I came in with an appointment, even showed up early for it. I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation and was having an issue with a mirror. It took them 2 and a half hours just to get me an update that oil change and rotation are done but mirror would require another hour. An oil change and tire rotation has NEVER taken 2 and a half hours in my entire life. If I hadn't prepaid for my next two oil changes I would probably be going somewhere else for oil changes from now on.
