I'm glad john told that lady off. Reaching a supervisor is only a phone call away. And I know jan-pro follows up. Lady can't send an email or make a phone call if there's a problem. Sounds like a lazy a** to me. Those good people she let go is a great way to show appreciation for there hard work. I bet you she paid her cleaning bill extremely late too. They all do but expect everything to shine perfectly and be there on time to clean every week sometimes even 5 days out of the week. She is a douche. I send her a compliment note.
