Do I have the ability to give a negative rating? My parents purchased a micro fabric couch with the extended warranty from this La-Z-Boy location on 10/1/09. The couch fabric began to peel like a banana peel and my mother called corporate about the issue beginning in October of 2014; the warranty was still active. After several communication attempts she finally spoke to someone from corporate about the issue on 1/8/15 who claimed there was nothing they could do. It has been nothing but a headache and sour reminder every single day when I walk in the house and have to look at the embarrassing piece of high end furniture this company claims to sell. You are an embarrassment La-Z-Boy.
