  • Watch out for this company! Their website looks like they are an upstanding company - but they are not! I had to replace an air condition long distance (I live in Colorado). The sales person (Brandon) was my "best friend" while he was trying to make the deal. After there was a problem with the installation (what was promised was different than what was installed) - they were done with me! (Don't let their catch phrase when they answer the phone - "how can I make you smile" - fool you!). The owner was supposed to call me after I called the office to try to resolve this - he did not - I had to call again. The owner's (Joshua) attitude explains how this company really feels - he told me that he is a "very important business man" so he didn't have time to listen to my issue - he just wrote me off! He has my money - so he doesn't care!
